Our Commitment
At Health Now, our commitment to clinical governance is the foundation of our promise to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care across all our insourced specialties. Our robust framework ensures that every aspect of our service-spanning Radiology, Cardiology, Endoscopy, Dermatology, Audiology, ENT, Pathology, Mental Health, and Ophthalmology-is underpinned by clear accountability, evidence-based practice, and a relentless focus on patient safety.
We maintain the highest standards by adhering to rigorous national and specialty-specific regulatory and accreditation requirements, including CQC, NHS England’s PSIRF, JAG, BSG, and UKAS IQIPS and as required. Our Clinical Governance Committee, led by experienced consultant-level, accreditor level and high and well achieved Clinical Leads and supported by dedicated Operations, Compliance, and Quality Assurance processes, provides strong oversight and drives continuous improvement. Regular audits, incident trend analysis, learning outcomes and performance reviews are embedded into our processes, ensuring transparency, learning, and swift action where needed.
Each specialty benefits from tailored governance protocols. For example, Radiology enforces double reporting and image quality checks, Cardiology upholds strict competency quality assurance checks and emergency protocols, and Endoscopy meets JAG accreditation with robust infection control. Our Dermatology, Audiology & ENT, Pathology, Mental Health, and Ophthalmology services all operate within specialty-specific frameworks that guarantee best practice, staff competency, and patient-centred outcomes.
