Our Credibility
“The service was facing challenges around our capacity and demand. Health Now offered to provide our agreed additional activity on a weekend. They enabled us to see more of our patients within a more desirable timeframe, leading to positive patient outcomes.
The team kept in regular contact and visited us on site. Due to our process and systems we stuck with three of the more regular consultants who we received positive comments from the clinical team, and positive feedback from patients alike. Health Now provided us a high quality service despite some initial teething problems with one staff member. However Will acted proactively and professionally to address this.
Health Now are flexible, professional and provided the service we asked for our patients in the agreed timeframes and with a good feedback from our staff and patients.”

Providing high quality, accessible and equitable diagnostics and care for all patients, including the most vulnerable in the community, will help reduce hospital interventions and requirements by expert assessment and treatment early on in ones care pathway.
He is a proud member of several multi-disciplinary teams, where collaboratively we aim to support and help manage highly complex diagnoses and conditions to help patient care pathways and treatment journeys and translates that from his normal NHS practices to ours here at Health Now to help other organisations improve their waiting lists and care pathways for patients.
